Let pple say what they want. I know it's hard not to think about your losses, but you just have to do that. Just keep your mind off the market. Is your losses worth the agony?
I used to think like you too...i was in depression for 2 mths after i lost 30k. 30k is not a small sum for me you know. Ouch, i can still feel the pain.
But once you realise that life - your life - is worth more than the losses, you'll see this as a small deal. Learn to take the losses and sink in those losses. Once you really sink in those losses, then you'll move on. Now you're still in denial.
Survive this noob, you're stronger than this!
